Over the past few years leggings and jeggings have become a staple in the wardrobe of today’s girls. At one point they were worn under skirts (terrible fashion mistake) made by many including myself. The use and abuse of leggings has become more widespread for several reasons. One of the pros of purchasing and wearing leggings is that you don’t have to sacrifice fashion for comfort. There is an unlimited number of colors, patterns, textures, designs, there's a pair of leggings for everyone. Another positive to leggings is that they don’t put a hurting on our pockets, and we all know saving money is always a good thing. On the negative side leggings/jeggings are being abused like never before. Ass cheeks and camel toes are everywhere you turn. Wal-Mart, the mall, the club, school, the grocery store, work, you name the location and someone there is wearing leggings inappropriately. Now don’t get me wrong I have a couple pairs of leggings myself, but there are a few things we should all keep in mind when slipping on those ultra-comfortable economically friendly leggings. The first and most important thing to remember is that opacity of your leggings is imperative.
In other words people should not be able to see through the leggings and there is a difference between leggings and pantyhose. The second most common offense has to be the disgusting advertisement of ass cheeks and camel toes. 
Although this guy and some other guys out there don't seem to have a problem with it and actually like it remember "THE CAMEL TOE IS NOT COOL"! Now since I've pointed out the problem I think it’s only fair that I offer some solutions. Camel-Not Toe Cover BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Good job with this one. Besides not knowing how to approriately wear leggings, they are just something that everyone can pull them off either.
From a man's perspective leggings can be a good or bad thing. Good: leggings can make a girls shape more appealing and obvious (for those who like the attention lol). They really are a tool if they aren't overly abused. Bad: One problem I see a lot is that EVERYBODY CAN'T WEAR LEGGINGS out. Yes i'm talking about the big girls, preggos, and grandmas. Come on people, I'd be ashamed if my mom was walking around in public with some damn leggings on and a belly shirt.
I'll repeat what Jerry said, EVERYBODY CAN'T WEAR LEGGINGS. It's not just the big girls, preggos and grandmas either. Have you ever seen a really skinny girl with baggy leggins?I mean No junk in her trunk. It is just SAD. Here a a couple of rules to use. A little help to prevent leggings abuse. If you can see the birthmark on your left ass check, they might be hose not leggings. If your stomach is bigger than your butt, leggings are not your friend. If your have a grandchildren....see Jerry's comment. And last and most important...Leggings no matter how you dress them up are NOT formal wear.
Dumebi you make an excellent point, leggings aren't for everyone. So how do you do the legging test to see if they're for you or not? Jerry deep down inside you know you love leggings lol like every other man out there. Mom you're right too the sagging leggings are just as bad as the see through pantyhose. Just terrible.
Leggings should be taken off the market for abuse and neglect! Everybody cannot! I repeat cannot! Wear them things....I'm just saying....We're in a time where mostly everything is acceptable for some reason, what may look good on her may not look good on the next but for some reason this material is being worn by some of everyone...which is sad.. but hey whatever floats their boat I just hope they care enough for themselves to know that image is truly everything but in the above pics....I see not...sad face!
OMG this is too funny....I must admit I am guilty as charged. especially wearing them under skirts and trying to pass them as stockings, because I, like my leggings am cheap. lol

So I went to iron what I thought was a pair of jeans the other day and I realized I'd been fooled...What I thought were jeans were in fact Faux pocket leggings. All I could do was smh...Beware of the leggings in disguise.
